What is Froggie Mail?

Froggie mail is my version of snail mail. Each month on the 10th I close sign ups for the month, and on the 15th, I mail out a letter and a collection of art goodies to everyone who signed up. These items ship for free to you and arrive in untracked envelopes for the true snail mail experience.
Do you use AI?

No! I do not use any AI in my artwork. I am against AI and stand in support of all real human artists. Everything I sell is hand-drawn.
Is your mail club worth the price?

At the end of the day, prices are subjective. I am currently outsourcing the printing of my hand-drawn designs until I am able to afford all of the equipment to create them in-house. My prices reflect this, but in the future I hope to continue to add more value to my mail club as I gain assets and experience. I feel that my art is worth it, but if it isn't for you, I completely understand.
Do you take custom orders?

I am not currently taking any custom orders, but I always welcome suggestions if you really want to see something specific in my shop. Just keep in mind that if I use your idea, I am not able to offer you any compensation.
How long does shipping take?

I always work to get your order to you as soon as possible, within the projected dates. When you place an order, a shipping estimate is provided. Depending on what you are purchasing, the dates may vary. Any mail club purchases, or purchases from the shop under $12 will be sent in untracked envelopes. Everything else will be sent with a tracking number. Untracked mail typically arrives in 5-8 business days once shipped (though in extreme circumstances it can take up to 2 weeks), and tracked mail typically arrives in 3-5 business days. Keep in mind weather and holiday delays are out of my control. 
When will my order ship?

I work as quickly as possible to get orders out to you all, but please keep in mind that mail club letters go out on the 15th of the month. Regular shop purchases will be mailed out every Tuesday and Thursday. These estimates might be delayed by holidays or weather, but aside from that, I aim to be as efficient as possible. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, I do not currently offer international shipping. Right now, I only ship within the US, but I aim to expand internationally soon. My first goal is to add new countries to the mail club and then go from there. If you wish to know when that will be available, I would highly encourage you to sign up to my mailing list (via the Freebies page) in order to stay updated on any international updates.
What are the rules of use for your art?

I love providing artwork to people who enjoy my work, but please keep in mind that I restrict any uploading of my work (digital or physical) into any kind of AI. There is also no re-selling of my art allowed. If you have an issue with the art you received, please reach out via my contact page.
